1. PROCESSING ORDERS
We aim to process and ship all orders within 24-48 hours.
If you order by 12pm on a weekday, we aim to pack your order on the same day and ship the following day. If you place an order over the weekend or in a busy period, it may take up to 3 business days for us to ship your order.
We ship orders on a chronological basis and do not automatically combine orders. We cannot guarantee that we can combine your orders as we ship on a daily basis and may have already shipped your order. We cannot refund you for any delivery fees paid.
During packing VIRID may trim parts of the plant that aren’t aesthetically pleasing or damaged, trimmed parts may include partial leaves, full leaves and stems. We reserve the right to determine which parts of the plant may require trimming prior to shipping. Trimmed plants are not faulty or unhealthy.
All orders are sent from our Greenhouse in Melbourne, Australia.
You will receive an order confirmation after your order is submitted. Please ensure to use the correct email address when you fill in your details. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your junk/spam folders before contacting us.
If you wish to cancel or alter your order, please contact us immediately after placing the order and we will try our best to assist. However please keep in mind that your order may already be packed and shipped and it may not be possible to make any changes.
All orders are shipped exclusively by Express Post with Australia Post. Shipping times provided by Australia Post are a guideline and subject to change based on weather events, order volumes or other delivery issues and unforeseen and unavoidable events that are beyond our control. VIRID will not be held liable for shipping or delivery delays. You will not be entitled to a refund because of a delay to shipping or delivery.
We ship orders to Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia and Australian Capital Territory
Our shipping prices will depend on the weight of your order and are provided directly from Australia Post. The shipping rates for your parcel are available at checkout. We do not charge any shipping fees in addition to those provided by Australia Post.
We ship your orders daily from Monday to Friday. Australia Post express operate 7 days a week to ensure your plant does not get stuck in transit.
VIRID will not take responsibility if incorrect delivery details are supplied. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the correct contact and delivery details are supplied. If you need to change your delivery details please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change them before delivery. Once your order has shipped the address cannot be changed.
Should your parcel be returned to sender due to incorrect address we will contact you with the option to re-deliver at your cost but we are unable to refund the order.
As a default, Australia Post will obtain a delivery signature for all VIRID parcels. If there is no one at the address to sign for collection, you parcel will be taken to your local Australia Post office. Please ensure you have provided the correct address.
You can choose to waive the signature requirement at checkout. If you give Australia Post authority to leave the parcel without a signature, VIRID will not be held liable for any parcel that is lost, stolen, or incorrect delivered.
If you choose courier delivery, you cannot use a PO box, parcel locker or parcel collect address. If you enter any of these addresses for courier delivery we will contact you to obtain an alternative address.
You will receive a tracking number from us and Australia Post when your order is shipped.
These emails may be classified by your email server as junk or spam, so please check these folders regularly.
Due to strict Bio Security laws, we are unable to ship to Tasmania, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
If you place an order and your delivery address is in one of these States, we will immediately cancel your order and provide you with a refund.
We cannot ship internationally at this time. There will not be an option to enter an international address at checkout.
